My name is Pernille [pronounced, roughly, Panella]. It is a Scandinavian name that comes from the Greek petra, meaning rock or stone—with a diminutive suffix. So, my name says I am a little rock or a little stone. People who know me most intimately today say that I am a mystic. I don’t really know what I am.

I am in love with the Earth. With her oceans, seas, mountains, flowers, and trees. Her creatures and birds. With her boulders and stones. With the big rock circling her, travelling with us as we journey around the sun.

I enjoy holding space for human beings to rest, move, touch, awaken, embody, grow and connect.

I spend much time communing with Nature, remembering to forget what I know of human civilization—becoming a creature of the wild, playing like a child, praying with my whole body, and dancing with the Earth—remembering my oneness with Life.
